The Residence Podere San Giuseppe is a rural building completely restructured not distant from the sea and the centre of San Vincenzo (1,5 Km), belonged to one of the noblest and famous families of Tuscany, the Counts della Gherardesca. Situated along Via Aurelia, with the hill on one side and the sea on the other, reveals in a harmonious way the characteristics of the typical Tuscany territory.
